Teaching Methodology
Learning is an individual process. Thus, the teaching methodology we implement is one which ensures individual attention. In doing so the teachers, as learning facilitators, keep a constant know how of each child’s needs and have close interaction to ensure that every child responds and is self motivated to learn. In place of rote learning; mugging, emphasis is laid on understanding. The teaching methodology is child friendly and learner focused.
Facilitators
We understand that a teacher introduces the learners to success. Sparkling Stars School has an excellent team of professional and highly qualified faculty who are determined to enlighten the lives of our learners. Passionate, creative and innovative individuals with excellent teaching skills, the teachers are partners in the progress of learners and institution at large.
Regular updates help them keep pace with the new trends and teaching methodologies like 'Smart class', to aid the learning of children and promote Higher Order Thinking Skills. The teachers are facilitators who guide our learners through discovery with inspiration and motivation.

For that he must observe his games, the activities to which he is drawn naturally and spontaneously and also what he likes to learn, whether his intelligence is awake, the stories he enjoys, the activities which interest him, the human achievements which attract him…. Curriculum
The four broad goals of education at Sparkling Stars School include the development of the inner and interpersonal self, scholarly development, active participation in a wide range of opportunities and creative expressions. To achieve these objectives, the curriculum follows the principles of Integrated Education. Term curriculum covers everything that happens in school and is not limited to the subject areas.
